Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Eastern Shore IT LLC service appointments, support communications, and SMS messages for customers and prospective customers.

Company and Service

Eastern Shore IT LLC is an IT service company based in Bay Minette, Alabama. We provide appointment-based IT support for small businesses, including remote desktop support and on-site service in Mobile, the Eastern Shore, and Baldwin County, Alabama.

Appointments and Service Fees

Service is available by appointment. Remote desktop support is billed at $90 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. On-site service is billed at $90 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Additional hardware, software, subscription, travel, or third-party provider charges may apply only when discussed with you.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Eastern Shore IT Service Updates.

Program description: Eastern Shore IT LLC may send SMS messages about IT service appointments, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, support follow-up, customer service, and account or billing coordination related to requested IT services.

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments, active support requests, and service needs.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • For help, reply HELP or text/call 251-300-4232.
  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

SMS Consent

You consent to receive service-related SMS messages from Eastern Shore IT LLC when you provide your mobile number, request service, schedule an appointment, text us, or otherwise ask us to contact you by SMS. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Eastern Shore IT LLC does not sell SMS opt-in data or consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up important files, maintaining software licenses, providing accurate information, and having permission to request service for any device, account, network, or system involved in the support request.

Security and Sensitive Information

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information by text message or through unsecured channels. We may ask you to use a safer method when sensitive information is needed to provide support.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
