We offer services Monday through Saturday, 8:00am until 7:00pm.

Is there a minimum fee for on-site services?
We have a minimum fee equal to 1 hour of labor regardless of the actual duration of the service; afterwards we track time to the nearest 15 minute block.
Do you have a shop where I can drop off my computer for repair?
We perform all of our services on-site at our client’s locations so we do not operate any physical locations that are open to the public. We’ve found this to be more convenient for our clients and it allows us to keep our service fees affordable.
Do you have any computers or other equipment for sale?
We do not sell any products – only services.
How can I pay for my services?
We can accept swiped credit card payments from American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We use industry-standard security practices and are 100% PCI compliant. You can also pay us directly from your Android or iOS mobile phone! See here for more details on the Square Card Case.
Invoices can also be paid using Paypal, cash, or local check.

How should I arrange for service?

What's with the name?
The business is pronounced Eastern Shore I-T. The “IT” is an abbreviation for information technology.
